Željko Baotić, the show’s initiator and owner of Marina Baotić, emphasized during the opening:
“For Croatian yachting, 2022 and 2023 brought fantastic results – the best in my 25 years in the industry. But just like life doesn't move in a straight line, last year took a downturn, and the same continues this year. With significantly lower charter revenue, boat sales have also dropped, and trends for this year aren’t looking much better. Yet, despite the stagnation in the yachting sector, Dalmatia Boat Show is growing. The number of exhibitors has increased from 120 to 150 in this second edition, and this year we’re welcoming guests not only from Croatia, but also from seven European countries: Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Serbia, and the Czech Republic!”
