Trempeck: Over 50 Years of Innovation in the Nautical Industry

From the early days in shipbuilding to modern solutions that shape today’s market – Trempeck has been setting standards in the yachting world for decades

The family-owned company Trempeck, based in southwestern Germany on the shores of Lake Constance, has been active in the nautical world since 1967. Founded by Heinz Trempeck, one of the pioneers of the shipbuilding industry, the company is now led by the second generation – Sven Trempeck – who continues the family tradition of innovation and quality.

In its early years, one of the company’s first partnerships was established with the Dehler shipyard and brothers Willy and Heinz Dehler – themselves recognized innovators in the yachting industry. A key contribution of the company lies in the development of boat hatches with stainless steel frames, which have since become an industry standard.

Trempeck has had a presence at major European boat shows since 1970, including Interboot in Friedrichshafen, boot Düsseldorf, METS in Amsterdam, and, for the past two years, the Belgrade International Boat Show.

With the goal of expanding its offering and bringing products closer to customers in Southeast Europe, the company founded S.E.E. Tex Marine d.o.o., headquartered in Belgrade. The local team is led by Darko Baljak, who has been successfully cooperating with the German headquarters for eight years.

Thanks to this initiative, high-quality marine textiles – previously unavailable in Serbia – are now accessible to customers throughout the region, accompanied by expert support and guidance in selecting the right products, from color preferences to technical features such as durability and weather resistance.
