Sanlorenzo unveils SHE, a new 25.5-meter yacht that naturally blends the elegance of 1960s Italian lines with state-of-the-art hybrid technology

The name SHE, short for Sanlorenzo Heritage, is conceived as a love letter to the history of Italian yacht building. Its retro silhouette recalls the grace of the 1960s, yet beneath it lies a high-tech heart where every detail is designed to connect past and future. Wrapped in thoroughly contemporary architecture, SHE offers spaces that open, shift, and transform while elegance remains untouched, turning life at sea into a dynamic experience.

The interior resembles a Milanese lounge: mahogany, warm textures, sculptural accents, and modern materials. SHE pays tribute to classic yachts without nostalgia – stylish, modern, refined. The main deck is open and unobstructed, while the aft area can transform into a large sea terrace at anchor, enhancing a sense of space and connection to the water. The mezzanine links the main and lower decks, while the owner’s suite, VIP, and guest cabins offer luxury, privacy, and light-filled interiors.

SHE is the first Sanlorenzo yacht equipped with Volvo Penta IPS hybrid propulsion, combining electric and diesel modes. In full electric mode, she can cruise almost silently at speeds of up to 7 knots, while during diesel operation the batteries are automatically recharged to 100% in just 45 minutes. When additional power is needed, the “booster” mode activates: electric thrust supports the diesel engine, lowering its RPM and optimizing overall efficiency, so SHE unites performance with quiet, efficient, state-of-the-art technology. In hybrid setting, SHE delivers a cruising speed of up to around 20 knots for shorter runs, with a nominal cruising speed of about 17 knots, in line with the yard’s official data.

The same design philosophy extends to the dedicated tender developed for this model – a 3.95-meter carbon-fiber boat with fully electric propulsion. Conceived as a technical and stylistic extension of life on board, it is light and silent, ensuring that every trip ashore remains in the spirit of sustainable elegance.

SHE’s design is by Zuccon International Project and Lissoni & Partners, working in close collaboration with Sanlorenzo as the result of a years-long creative dialogue in which every detail has been carefully thought through. Zuccon International Project shaped the clean hull lines and the architecture of the exterior spaces, while Lissoni & Partners is responsible for the interior, expressed in a signature, quietly luxurious style that connects classic yachting codes with contemporary aesthetics.
