In a historic moment at the 20th edition of the BOAT International World Superyacht Awards, held in Venice, Italy, on 2-3 May 2025, KISMET was crowned “Motor Yacht of the Year” as well as the winner in the 1500GT and above category.
The prestigious event, in association with Acquera Club, The Italian Sea Group, and Maddox, is renowned for recognizing the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the world’s most remarkable luxury yachts. The World Superyacht Awards are distinguished by their credibility and prestige, with a judging panel comprising current and former superyacht owners.
These accolades celebrate a yacht that redefines the boundaries of creativity, craftsmanship, and visionary design in the superyacht world.
KISMET is much more than a yacht – it’s a transcendental experience that takes you on a journey through time and space, from the grandeur of the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles to the glamour of Hollywood’s Art Deco era. Every space tells its own story, with hand-painted ceilings, carved marble, and embroidered silk wall panels that envelop you in art.
Some of KISMET’s most extraordinary features include
- A breathtaking 4.5-meter gold and crystal chandelier cascading through three decks;
- An underwater cinema lounge, framed by 2.85-meter-wide glass panels below sea level;
- A custom Bogányi grand piano, inspired by Ferrari, in bold red tones;
- A comprehensive wellness area with cryotherapy chamber (-85°C), sauna, hammam, and ice room;
- An 11-meter mosaic-tiled pool with waterfall jets and a swim-up bar;
- A hybrid propulsion system enabling 15 minutes of fully electric navigation;
- A glass corridor through the engine room, evoking the world of Tron;
- A helipad that transforms into a basketball or pickleball court;
- And the largest single pane of structural glass ever installed on a yacht: 4.9 x 1.3 meters.
