CROATIA YACHTING FOLLOWING ACQUISITION BECOMES STRONGEST CHARTER COMPANY BY REVENUE

Croatia Yachting, one of the leading Croatian yachting companies, has taken overOdisej Yachting and thus further strengthened its position as a leader in thedynamic nautical market in Croatia


Odisej Yachting is a company that has been operating on the Croatian and Polish markets for twenty years as a representative of Bali catamarans and a charter company with a fleet of 18 boats located in D-marin Mandalina “Šibenik”. In 2022, the company generated total annual revenue of 2.23 million euros and employed six workers. Before the acquisition, the head of the company was Marek Michal Stryjecki, as its owner and director.

With this acquisition, Croatia Yachting continues the accelerated trend of expanding its fleet, strengthening its presence in the most attractive nautical centers on the Adriatic and enabling access to clients on the Polish market interested in the charter management program for Bali catamarans – Bali Yachting World.

Croatia Yachting is an authorized representative of the renowned Hanse Group vessel brands such as Hanse, Dehler, RYCK, Sealine and Fjord, as well as the Bali catamaran brands, which are part of the Catana Group.

With more than 115,000 satisfied charter clients, five charter bases (Marina Kaštela, ACI Marina Dubrovnik, Marina Baotić Trogir, D-Marin Mandalina, Marina Kornati) Croatia Yachting is highly recognized in the nautical industry, for sales and rental of vessels alike. It owns the largest fleet of Hanse sailboats in the world and the entire range of Bali catamaran models, which together with boats of other brands makes a fleet of 140 boats that are less than three years old on average.

The best on the market

Success of the Croatia Yachting company has been confirmed by numerous awards and nominations, as it is nominated by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce for the “Tourist Flower” every year, while the awards for the best charter company in 2022 and 2017 went to them. In addition, they received a special award for the development and implementation of the quality management system in 2018.

The founder of Croatia Yachting, Domagoj Milišić, is also the CEO of the company.

In 2022, the company generated operating income in the amount of 27.02 million euros and employed 55 workers.
