With great excitement, we celebrate an important milestone in our Guinness World Record underwater living challenge! Rudy has completed the first quarter of his 120-day journey, marking an incredible step toward a future where ocean habitats expand human potential. Recently, a pod of dolphins visited the SeaPod, reminding us of the beautiful marine life that shares this space and inspiring the team to become dedicated stewards of the ocean.
First 30 Days: A Recap
Over the past month, Rudy has been living underwater, adapting to life below the waves in ways that few have experienced. From establishing daily routines to maintaining his health, he is demonstrating what it takes to live in an environment that presents new challenges every day.
What Have We Learned So Far?
With the help of a dedicated medical team led by Dr. Javier Garrido from the Regeneration Clinic in Panama, Rudy’s health is being closely monitored through biomarker analysis. Every 30 days, Dr. Garrido conducts blood tests to measure indicators like Vitamin D, stress response, and biological age. These insights help us understand how underwater living affects the body, offering clues for future innovations in health and aging.
Looking Ahead: The Journey Continues
As he enters the next phase, Rudy remains committed to his underwater routine, balancing exercise, nutrition, and even finding moments to relax and enjoy his unique surroundings. The next quarter promises more discoveries, and the team will continue to share updates on how underwater living shapes Rudy’s health, mindset, and overall well-being.
