Bugatti completely fascinated the world of cars when in 2019 it broke the record for production models and launched the Chiron Super Sport 300+ with which their test driver reached a record speed of 490.48 km/h. However, just like the Chiron Pur Sport model, which is oriented exclusively on steering qualities, the Chiron Super Sport 300+ gave up its refined features and an abundance of luxury. In order to offer a whole new dimension of driving experience and satisfy those who do not want to compromise on luxury, Bugatti engineers have developed a new hyper sports car with the highest speed, fully embracing luxury and comfort at the same time. With this move, they have remained consistent with the long tradition of combining extremely high speed with absolute luxury. DESIGN – MADE FOR SPEED
The new Chiron Super Sport depicts the uncompromising reincarnation of Bugatti’s design mantra – the form follows the performance, and this model with a low front part, special aerodynamic shape on the sides and extended tail section for top performance, is designed for maximum speed with every inch.
This spectacular car can reach 200 km/h in 5.8 seconds and 300 km/h in 12.1 seconds, while its top speed is 440 km/h. Compared to the Chiron line, the overall acceleration figures are improved by 7%, which is certainly a highly impressive improvement. Super Sport features new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup two tires, which make it possible to drive constantly at speeds up to 500 km/h. Steering and suspension are specially tuned, with improved aerodynamics. The wheels are made of alloys, but they can optionally be made of magnesium, which makes them much lighter. At the rear, there is a 25 cm longer tail and a diffuser that is designed to stabilize the car when accelerating. Thanks to that, the air resistance is significantly reduced, and since the rear active spoiler is “hidden” in the chassis, the diffuser does most of the aerodynamic work.
The interior is as special as with other Bugatti models, with a focus on the top of the range materials, wherever you look and whatever you touch. With an abundance of leather, polished aluminum and luxurious elements, it is a perfect combination of timeless elegance and comfort, adapted to travel at top speed.
