THE BOAT SHOW EXPERIENCE
The Biograd Boat Show has gained international popularity among both exhibitors and visitors, thanks to Croatia’s status as a premier nautical destination and the outstanding infrastructure operated by Ilirija d.d., including Marina Kornati, hotels, restaurants, and a rich entertainment offering. The event marks the end of the boating season and the start of a new business year, with a packed calendar and a legendary entertainment program that together create a truly unique boat show experience.
Its success lies in the atmosphere of a major boat show set against the spectacular backdrop of Biograd na Moru. When the sun sets, the exhibition ends and the celebration begins, spilling out across the entire town.
ACCESS TO THE CENTRAL EUROPEAN MARKET
Year after year, Biograd na Moru holds an increasingly prominent place among both domestic and international boaters. Many already know the town as a major global hub for yacht charter, through its rich calendar of regattas and other nautical events, or as home to one of Croatia’s busiest marinas. As a result, the international recognition and reputation of the Biograd Boat Show continue to grow each year.
A BLEND OF BUSINESS AND PLEASURE: BIOGRAD B2B
As the key gathering point for Croatia’s nautical industry, Ilirija d.d. developed Biograd B2B, a business-to-business platform that runs during the show and enables registered trade visitors to schedule meetings with exhibitors and other B2B participants.
* 9th HGK Croatian Nautical Days
As the focal point of B2B activities, the Croatian Chamber of Economy will host the 9th HGK Croatian Nautical Days congress program from October 22 to 25, 2025, featuring industry-association meetings, business presentations, and networking events designed to advance the interests of the boating industry.
* Croatia Charter Expo
As part of Biograd B2B, the 7th Croatia Charter Expo will take place October 22 to 23, 2025, in Hall D. This key charter-industry event brings together Croatia’s charter-fleet providers—the world’s largest charter offering, representing more than 3,000 yachts—with international charter agents, brokers, and suppliers.
After years of rising boat prices and long delivery times, the market is now favoring buyers. Dealers are well-stocked and offering attractive discounts. In 2026, boatbuilders are expected to face multiple challenges, and most industry experts agree this is the right moment to place an order
IFBSO GOLD MEMBER
The Biograd Boat Show is a Gold Member of the International Federation of Boat Show Organizers (IFBSO), adopting the organization’s highest standards and contributing to its development by sharing its unique business model. The show also stands at the forefront of global business-to-business activity.
A BEACON OF A BRIGHTER NAUTICAL FUTURE
Over the past 25 years, the Biograd Boat Show has grown from a regional gathering into a major international showcase, bringing the Adriatic boating region to the world stage. This long-term success stems from the excellent cooperation between the organizer Ilirija d.d., loyal exhibitors, the City of Biograd, the Croatian Tourist Board, and the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
