DISTRIBUTOR PROFILE: Adria Yachts – Expertise, Service, and Passion for Yachts in the Heart of the Adriatic

Behind every great brand is a distributor who knows the terrain. In this section, we feature those who combine global standards with local expertise

Adria Yachts is headquartered in the prestigious SCT Marina in Trogir. The company’s business center is located on the grounds of a former shipyard, at a site where shipbuilding developed for decades. Building on that foundation, the company has developed a strong service and technical infrastructure for vessels of various sizes.

Thanks to this historic location and technical base, the company can now offer complete service and maintenance in one place. From GFK (GRP) and lamination works, through mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, to modern marine electronics and complex system integrations, all work is carried out in-house, to a high professional standard. Streamlined processes, clear accountability, and an experienced team contribute to a high and consistent standard of service.

Adria Yachts is the official general importer of Bavaria Yachts motor yachts for Croatia. The manufacturer has a long tradition in the industry and a clear quality promise, “100% Made in Germany.” All yachts are produced at its own shipyard in Giebelstadt, Bavaria, from the first lamination stage to final quality control. With more than 47 years of experience in building sailing yachts and 27 years in motor yacht production, the brand ranks among the largest and most successful yacht manufacturers in the world in the segment up to 55 feet.

Service That Begins with Yacht Delivery

Adria Yachts builds its role through long-term partnerships with clients. In this approach, service begins with yacht delivery, as the focus is on safety, reliability, and carefree enjoyment on the water, with support that extends beyond Croatia’s borders.

Clients come from across the entire former Yugoslav region, from Slovenia and Croatia, through Montenegro, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, to North Macedonia, while yacht owners from Italy, Germany, and Austria also entrust the company with their vessels. In the large winter storage facility, yachts are protected from the elements, while the team simultaneously oversees technical inspections, maintenance, upgrades, and preventive service work, with a clear goal: a reliable season and long-term preservation of the yacht’s value. This approach clearly defines Adria Yachts’ philosophy: quality, service, and a passion for boating, with a focus on lasting relationships with clients, partners, and the brands it represents. It is precisely here, in everything that follows delivery, that this philosophy becomes most visible. Because true value is not measured only by the product, but above all by the service that comes after the sale.

Charter and Yacht Management

An important part of the offering is the partnership within the international Nautic Alliance network of companies, which enables Adria Yachts, in addition to chartering motor yachts and sailing yachts, to offer professional charter and yacht management services. This model gives clients the opportunity to enter the yachting business together with the company. The buyer selects and purchases the desired yacht, while Adria Yachts, when needed, takes over charter organization, technical service, administration, and operational management. As part of this service, financing and leasing solutions are also available.

The result is a flexible ownership model: the client owns a yacht and uses it when and as much as desired, while also being able to put it into charter to reduce annual operating costs, in many cases to a level where yacht ownership can become financially neutral.

A New Name in the Offering: SeaGame

The portfolio has recently been expanded to include the SeaGame brand, an Italian manufacturer of premium center-console boats. SeaGame develops an American fisherman-style concept adapted to Mediterranean conditions. Hulls are engineered for the waves, winds, and style of cruising characteristic of this area. Decades of development have resulted in exceptional seakeeping, efficiency, and high performance.

The current lineup includes models from 20 to 27 feet, which rank among the leading boats in this segment, while a new 34-foot model is also in development. It will be available in three versions: as a pure fisherman, as a family day boat with overnight capability, and as a hybrid solution that combines both concepts.
