Instead of three years of warranty, Jaguar now offers five

Jaguar is introducing a new five-year warranty on its entire range of vehicles, including the fully electric Jaguar I-PACE and all mild or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.

The decision means that Jaguar is the first luxury car manufacturer to extend the warranty period beyond the standard three years. For five years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first, Jaguar will repair or replace manufacturing defects in material or workmanship completely free of charge in accordance with warranty regulations. And with the smart combination of InControl Remote, which optimizes breakdown assistance and includes automatic emergency calls and the ability to remotely interact with your vehicle from anywhere, it makes life easier when it really matters.

Modern luxury product offer and customer experience are at the core of Jaguar Land Rover’s Reimagine strategy. The introduction of a five-year warranty on all new Jaguar vehicles is an important step towards excellence in the service experience, giving Jaguar customers greater peace of mind while owning the vehicle.

Jaguar’s comprehensive warranty means five years of freedom and security for owners – chauffeurs, fleets and private users. It offers transparency in servicing and operating costs and reinforces an added value to an already attractive product line.

Jaguar expects the new five-year warranty to have a positive impact on the residual value of each vehicle in the range. This is good news for buyers as substantial residual value ultimately translates into lower monthly lease payments.
