It is very often that people who like cruising or fishing wonder how to spend a useful weekend on water in autumn or in spring, when the weather is bright and sunny, but chilly. The solution comes with cruiser Merry Fisher, dynamic and safe for short family cruises, as well as for comfortable and safe sports fishing.

Cruiser Merry Fisher 795 with new improvements and dynamic profile is a replacement for a highly successful previous model 755, produced in over 1000 pieces. The predecessor, marked 755, showed very good performance in cold northern weather, where summers are short and top temperatures do not exceed 25 degrees.

Cruising in a dry and protected space with a small salon and galley area, where the steering panel is located, is an important factor for nice and pleasant time on water. It is a great advantage over open models of boats, which do not provide that kind of protection. Jeanneau designed the new Merry Fisher 795 with longer aft platform in order to provide easier access to the boat and to enable better contact with water. There is also a better U-shaped seating arrangement with collapsible table in the spacious and open cockpit, which provides very pleasant atmosphere for on-board socializing. Excellent solution comes in the form of larger glass panes on the cabin of the main salon, providing both improved visibility and more light inside the cabin. Convertible transparent top of the salon ensures good ventilation of the interior, and a 3-piece sliding glass door allows a wide passage between the cockpit, steering panel and salon. Mini-galley area with a gas cooker is located behind the pilot’s seat, and there is a toilet below the deck at the bow. The new Merry Fisher 795 provides even better on-board comfort and more space than her predecessor: the salon turns into a double berth during the night, the toilet is separated, and there is a bow cabin with a double berth. Pilot is fully equipped with an instrument board, commands and well-organized panel for safe cruise. Co-pilot has got a navigation position as well, consisting of a bench with a mobile back side, so co-pilot is facing the sea. There are hard and strong inox railings along the full boat’s length from the edge of the cabin on both sides, separated at the bow for easy passage (boarding and unboarding). Traditional V-hull, praised for its stability and maritime features, has been used. One 200 hp outboard engine powers this vessel and its performance is excellent as it enables, apart from slow cruising, quick position shifting – a feature interesting for fishermen who know fish abundant waters very well.

With these improvements, Jeanneau increased level of on-board comfort for cruising out of the usual top season and improved safety of coastal cruising.

Due to easy maintenance and minimum operating costs, as well as improved cruising comfort and good dynamics for fishing, this boat has excellent market potential as it can be used throughout the whole year.
